Migrating auth is one of those jobs where the best possible outcome is that nobody notices anything. We moved our apps to a new identity provider, and I worked on the changes on Android, iOS and the backend.

The hard part wasn't the new login, it was the switch-over. Apps out on the road update whenever they update, so the move had to happen without anyone suddenly getting logged out in the middle of a shift.
